The six most highly assessed finalists will be awarded the following prizes:
- First Prize 30,000 € and gold medal
- Second Prize 25,000 € and silver medal
- Third Prize 20,000 € and bronze medal
- Fourth Prize 15,000 €
- Fifth Prize 10,000 €
- Sixth Prize 7,000 €
The prize-winners will earn the title Laureate of the Sixteenth Fryderyk Chopin International Piano Competition.
